Michael gained his extensive know-how and real-world experience through sailing in most parts of the world in the Danish Merchant Marine, drilling for oil in the middle of the Sahara Desert and working as a tourist guide in Ibiza.
He acquired his sales and business experience through door to door selling in Denmark, selling fur coats in Spain, dealing diamonds in England and Italy and travelling the world doing international fundraising for a non-profit organization, which is one of most difficult sales activities out there.
Michael first travelled to Russia in 1997 and for 3 months trained 750 insurance agents in the middle of Siberia in the basics of sales. His seminars were so successful and the demand for his training so great, that he yearly made several trips to Russia, training thousands of business owners and employees on his systems.
Michael moved to Russia and made a home with Anastasia in Saint Petersburg, while operating in most of the Russian speaking countries until 2018.
Over the years Michael opened several School of 5-Star Sales & Service in which his partners trained their local businesses in his 5-Star System.
In 2012 Michael started implementing the Japanese Kaizen System of continuous improvement to his 5-Star System. He then arranged for several groups of businesspeople to come to Japan as an eye-opener of the effectiveness of the Kaizen System in Japanese companies – Through this opportunity they learned how to implement the system in their own company.
In 2019 Michael and Anastasia moved to their new home in Florida from where they are currently managing their international training business.
